This Retreat includes:

7 nights shared Accommodations at a beautiful retreat house
3 Freshly prepared Gourmet Organic meals a day
Yoga or Mantra Meditation each morning
1 Private group accommodation at Stewart Mineral Springs which includes 2 hours of private hot Mineral Springs Bath, Sauna and a Natural Cold Plunge Pool
A Private group Sweat Lodge on 8/26, for the Full Moon
1 hr. of Meditation time in The Pyramid on Mt Shasta & Labyrinth walk

*** Daily hiking adventures to the energy vortices on Mt Shasta such as, the Everitt Memorial Vista which is at the 8000 ft. elevation of Mt Shasta, Castle Lake/Heart Lake, Ascension Rock, Upper, Middle & Lower Falls, Hedge Creek Falls, Moss Brae Falls, Castle Crags Park, The natural healing Headwaters of the Sacramento river (bring your water bottles to fill up!) and the Sacred Panther Meadow. If time allows we will also take a trip to McArthur Burney Falls of which Teddy Roosevelt once described as the “eighth wonder of the world”.

Join like minded friends on this journey, to connect with this sacred Mountain, as we reflect in silence and sound, bathe in her healing waters, and be immersed in the transformational energies she has to offer.

Note: Physical/cardiovascular preparation will be necessary due to the altitude and the hiking that we will be doing. Please consider this preparation before making a commitment.

Cost $1730 with a $450 non refundable deposit

A $450.00 non-refundable deposit due immediately will secure your place along with a signed commitment & waiver. The balance will be divided into three equal payments. The first payment is due on or before Jan. 24th, 2018, the second payment is due March 24th, 2018 and balance paid in full by May 24th, 2018.
